Wonderful place, it is like being taken back in time. Fantastic historic setting, very friendly and subdued service maje it a very classy place to stay. Not cheap but definitely the highlight of our stay in Merida. Oh, and don't forget about the breakfast (I do recommend the french toast over the pancakes)

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly attentive. The breakfast was delicious. The room was incredibly nice. The staff is what makes the difference at this hotel, they were amazing!
