Hotel Casa Bianca al Mare

Its a nahh... This Hotel could be good, the front desk staff was friendly, but the restaurant staff was rude, and not friendly at all... Our room was above the kitchen, so we can't open the window and sit to our terrace, it was so loud and smelly, the room was not clean at all, to be honest it was dirty, the towels the bed, hmmm come on... I don't recommend this place overall

The staff is terrible, they talk with you like they own the hotel. I ask for an iron and the answer was, “we are not a 3 stars hotel and we don’t have a room for this” I ask if I can take the dog to the breakfast area, they say it is not allowed, 5 min later I see 2 people with dogs at the breakfast area. I ask If we can stay one more night, the answer was” yes but in our hotel the rooms now in August are very expensive, (we have booked a suite with 2 nights) it is not like we booked a single room for 4 people and now I am asking for the president suite 😂. At the final the room for one more night was exactly the same like the our suite. I ask for an underground parking space, they say that they don’t have one (ok) and don’t now where I can find one. I found one on my self. At the checkout I want a taxi to the underground parking. And wonder of the good she know the parking space at this moment. They say to us that the checkout was at 10, this I never see in my life and I was at 3,4,5 stars hotel in more than 15 country’s in Europe, The breakfast was ok nothing special The pool and the beach was good, clean and the rooms also.

Attempted to look inside the hotel to determine if it would be acceptable for a future stay. Tried to have a drink and a very rude concierge asked what I was doing in the hotel, and when it was explained he remarked that the hotel was a “private property”. When we tried to leave out the front door, he forced us to go out the back door. The extremely rude behavior of the staff during this ridiculous exchange guarantees that I would never stay in such a lack luster and pretentious hotel. Get over yourselves, it’s not that nice.
