One of the nicest places I have ever checked in! The rooms; the Fengshue,😁; breakfast! Clean! The nicest personnel possible... What more can you possibly want!!??
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite receiving a confirmation email for my reservation, they informed me just a few days before my scheduled stay that they needed to cancel it. This last-minute change caused significant inconvenience, as I had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when guests depend on confirmed bookings. While unforeseen circumstances can occur, the hotel’s lack of accountability and proper contingency planning reflects poorly on their service standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stress-free and dependable experience. If you value reliability, consider looking elsewhere.
