Hotel Casa Delina

Beautiful gardens on the property. The place is extremely clean and well kept. The location is central to the city center and easy to walk around. I did have some difficulties finding the location due to all the one way streets. The best part was the extremely friendly staff who treated myself and my dog with care and kindness. I would recommend anyone staying in Comitán to stay at this hotel. Also, try the restaurant on the property.

What a great hotel. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Despite being just off the square, it was very quiet, and the courtyard is lovely. The staff were super nice and so helpful with good suggestions on getting around and finding tours in the area. Casa Delina is a great value and will be my first choice for our next stay in Comitan. The off street parking is a great bonus if you rented a car.

I'm hesitant between 3 or 4*. The issue is that apart of really nice place and good room (by european standards - i.e. no bathtub, but strong stream of very warm water!) and great location it does not offer anything else/on top/special - e.g. in my case the breakfast was not included ... Also the room is poorly ventilated (no windows in my case, except one tiny in bathroom), which left me slightly suffocated in the early morning - so i had to open the main door - which is a bit unsafe ... And for 4* there shall be slightly more to it ...
