Hotel Casa Do Outeiro

I would give them 10 stars. Casa do Outeiro is one of my top 5 places in the world. The staff is more than helpful and kind. Every detail in the decoration in the hotel and rooms is beautiful, meaningful, many vintage pieces restored with extreme taste. Something Portuguese people do so well. My bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a hotel. And the pillow! Oh, let me tell you about the best pillow ever! If you are like me, pretty picky with pillows, this would be your paradise! They have a few different styles for you to choose your favorite. They have two pools. The little store with crafts and arts is amazing. The area woth smacks, wine, icecream, treats, etc, is so convenient, full of great products, and very reasonable price. They have great literature in the bedrooms. I got 4 great books to enjoy. loved that! The views are breathtaking. And their breakfast is really unbelievable good. For real. I’ll be back for sure, hopefully woth more time to enjoy this beautiful and magical place. Yes, 10 stars

The staff were wonderful, the breakfasts were fabulous and the room was delightful. I cannot over-praise this lovely place, just a stone’s throw away from the amazingly beautiful monastery.
