I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Leandro at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful during check-in, setting the tone for a great visit. Neil, Jonel, and Gerald were also fantastic—always available, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
I've traveled all over the world and this was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It's located in a gated community called Cap Cana, just 10-15min from the Punta Cana airport. There was free parking on the street nearby, and 24/7 front desk service and the employees (especially Jonel) we're all kind and hospitable! The boutique hotel is inside an old, quaint church, with gorgeous decorations, trees, plants and cozy places to sit throughout. There is also a stairway up to a bar with yummy (reasonably priced drinks), lots of comfortable places to sit/lay and great views of the marina. There were lots of good restaurants close by, our favorites were the pizzas at Dolce Italia and EVERYTHING at Barbudo. On the weekend the bars nearby had loud, fun music until about 1030pm, but we loved the vibe sitting from the rooftop, playing cards. Our room was on the smaller side but had a very comfortable king size bed and was decorated well. The shower water would get all over the bathroom but we just used a towel to soak it up. Our room had a smart TV to watch apps and a mini-fridge. The manager Jose was incredibly kind, hospitable and we really enjoyed the few times we were able to chat with him. They made us yummy espresso every morning and offered breakfast for $25 per person but it included everything, breads, juice, coffee, eggs, fruit, etc- We had a car, but they offered golf cart rides to the closest (gorgeous and not very busy) beaches. There is a beach club that charges $20 per person and the drinks there are VERY expensive, but right next door there is a restaurant (Mahalia) that had much more reasonable prices, good food and the strongest drinks we had anywhere on the island. They also have a pool and the same beach front as the overpriced club next door. If you walk a little farther down the beach you'll find a gorgeous (mostly empty) pristine white sand Beach with chairs you can lay in. If there's anyway you can get into the cenotes (natural, fresh water pools) at Ojos Indígenas, it is absolutely gorgeous and worth it to stay a while and swim/relax. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, but if for some reason you can't, at least go up on the roof and grab a drink, you'll be glad you did!
The best hotel in this complex. At least they tried making it look authentic. Good service and very nice rooms and garden (Mosquito heaven though). All the rest in the area looks old but is new.... A bit of a Disney world experience.
