Hotel Casa Encantada

We spent 2 nights over the holidays and spent a great time with my family. Rooms we had were big and beds were comfortable. Lots of room for storage. Breakfast was fantastic and service was professional and kitchen staff was very nice. It was cold New Year's night so the chimney warmed up our room nice. Just down the block of the Plaza and great restaurants.

Very charming and authentic small hotel with incredible service. They even sent a car and driver to pick us up at Morelia airport. They also had car and driver to take us to surrounding villages. Breakfast is included with rooms. It's very close to the Gran Plaza and everything else in town. It's just the best!

We can only say good things about this place. We have now stayed several times and it was always perfect. Beautiful rooms, great decoration. Our friends had twice a problem with the hot water but it was quickly resolved and they even got a bottle of wine for having taken a cold shower in early January. Very friendly staff, great property with lots of plants and places to sit and enjoy. Very quiet and just around the corner from everything. Breakfast is included and you will not leave hungry. The only negative is parking. They don't have any. You get a better rate at a nearby parking garage but it's still 150 pesos per day.
