Hotel Casa Gloria

I stayed here with my wife for 3 nights. It is a small but really cute hotel. The staff is nice. They have someone at the front desk 24 hours. There is a small pool on the first floor to relax in. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof, although the water was not hot, just warm. The rooms are small and decent. Has AC and TV with English channels. The beds are not that comfortable. They do offer breakfast but we did not try it. The location was good in the walled city.

If you enjoy the sound of traffic, drunk yelling, roaring motorcycles, and the occasional horse-drawn carriage, this is the place for you—because there are basically no windows. It’s like someone slapped four thin walls around a sidewalk and called it a room. The beds? Think cardboard over springs. I’ve had more restful naps on park benches—and at least those didn’t come with a side of mosquito bites.

The room was not clean (dirty walls, insects, mold in the bathroom...) I had one night there and the management team charged me 3. Additionally the mattress is very hard, the bedsheets were yellow instead of white, the room is hot and the AC is placed right in front of the bed. The 4 star hotel advertisement is not it... this should be ranked hostel. Very poor experience there
