Very nice place, excellent service from the staff, the lady at the reception is wonderful, the pool and the garden are beautiful, good breakfast, very delicious coffee and delicious food.
A lovely hotel with very good staff, located 15 blocks from the center and four from Lake San Roque.
Service could be improved, as the staff was quite rude, the coffee was burnt, the hot water was cold, the dinner was lacking in variety, the location was far from the center, and the hotel smelled of gas all the time, even in the rooms.
