Just came back from from visiting Guanajuato and i must say this hotel located in the center of city is great. The staff were pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean along with facility. David in the restaurant was on point with his service. All attraction's are walking distance from hotel. Only negative thing to say were the hard firm mattresses. 9of 10!
Room in the top floor was very nice, lots of space, including sofas. The bed is very hard, I had to ask them to add a layer. The view to the cathedral is very beautiful. You could hear noise from the street / Plaza at night, the worst was Saturday night. Breakfast included fresh fruit, toast, coffee and juice. The service in the Restaurant was very good.
The hotel had a good location, this was the only highlight. The room was basically a basement next to the kitchen. This meant there was some noice throughout our stay, specially early in the morning. The worst part was that when we arrived to the room at night there was a cockroach on the sink. The bed linen and covers were quite filthy and dirty as well
