Hotel Casa Zañartu

Me and my family had a lovely stay. From the staff to the waiters, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We landed in Santiago too early and the manager let us check in as soon as the room was ready which was very nice as we had our child with us. The room was very comfortable, spacious and I loved every detail of it. It is truly a gem and well preserved! The location is perfect as it is close to everything downtown. I also loved the pastries and bakery shop inside the hotel. 100 recommended :)

Very cute hotel near the heart of the cultural district. Short walk to many amazing restaurants, and not too far of a walk from Bella Vista (definitely try and visit this little food village). Very friendly staff, and I appreciated that they locked the front with a steel door later in the evening, which added to the comfort and feeling safe so close to the heart of everything.

Charming hotel in good location. Super friendly staff went out of her way to help me find some food on Sunday evening when I arrived as all restaurants nearby were closed. Room was large & comfortable, shower good, outdoor terrace area pleasant to sit in, and a fridge down the hall perfect for chilling drinks/leftovers. Food from the restaurant delicious and service great. Only complaint: instant coffee at breakfast!
