Hotel Casablanca Xicotepec

Nice place to stay in Xicotepec. Stayed there with my father, although we were two, we had a triple bed room on the third floor which fitted us well. It is located outside the town centre, next to a supermarket, by car it is very easy to access and far away from hustle. Parking is free. Modern rooms. Everything was great except for the showerhead that was clogged and gave us a hard time. Took me forever to rinse my hair! They should pay more attention to these details, wonder how long it has been clogged?! That's the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Came for a couple of nights over a weekend. Overall a good place, amicable staff, plenty of parking. Quick check in and check out. Rooms were very clean. Shower water pressure a bit low but was fine. Our requests for extra towels and pillows was provided. Bit of a loud motor noise occurs every 60-90 seconds that can be a little bothersome when trying to sleep. Pool was a bit dirty (seems it was used heavily by kids, which is cool). No gym, perhaps a spa. The fountain outside provides nice ambiance noise and the small footprint of the hotel is nice, not too many people around. Quaint but modern vibe near town and 20 minutes from Zacatlán. Restaurant next door for breakfast (not included). Great price.

Very clean! Thank God but the rooms do need some upgrades on the TVs, wifi and our bathroom would leak a little at night but it was very minimal we didn't know where it was coming from and it happened on nights we didn't shower.
