The hotel stays right in the middle of Venice. The rooms-i stayed in suite- was spacious, and the service of cleaning was good. The staff was quite kind and supportive, friendly. Airconditioning was working, only thing was our refrigarator was broken, but since it was very crowded during this week, i suppose it can be acceptable.
Best location close to San Marco square and tons of sites! Very regal feeling to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and perfect!
Convenient location near St. Mark's Square. Room, breakfast, and facilities were not bad. However, the check-out experience was disappointing - when paying the €27 city tax, staff refused our €100 note and demanded smaller bills, forcing us to make a costly overseas ATM withdrawal of €50 (the smallest bill). Stay here if you want a bossy service on your holiday!!!
