The hotel view was beautiful, service rendered was top-notch. Meals were delicious as it was a buffet, fed ourselves to satisfaction. Located at a good spot, close to the beach, bus-stop and shops. I really enjoyed my holiday...
Excellent place! Everything is great! Clean. Great service. Very kimd staff. The most impressive was food! Food was awesome! Delicious and various choice. Highly recommend this plase!
The hotel is just okay—nothing more. We came with a group, and considering that the agency aims for budget-friendly accommodations, the location is relatively good. There’s a kiosk, supermarket, and a few restaurants nearby. The room is basic and not particularly stylish. The shower design is odd: there’s only a short glass panel next to the shower head, so water tends to run out onto the floor every time you use it. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee wasn’t good, the same tray of cheese appeared day after day, there was no cold milk for the coffee, and the floor was sticky. I'm not sure what the standard is in Montenegro, but this was far from the best breakfast I’ve had. We also received a towel with visible stains—definitely something the hotel should stop using. The view from the room is nowhere, you just see a few trees. The swimming is not big but nice. The TV remote control is barely working. I would expect the person who clean the room to check it daily, fix and replace the batteries per need. I came to pay the local tax at 21:00, and the person at the desk told me to come in the morning. I used to work in a Hyatt hotel, we did our best to serve the guests, here, In general, I got the feeling that workers here do what they really must do, no more than that.
