This place feels like something out of a dream: beautiful, full of charm, and effortlessly serene. The gardens and the pool are the perfect retreat for hot afternoons, and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive. And the food… oh, the food! As a vegan, I was so pleasantly surprised—every meal was a flavourful journey. The soups in particular were outstanding, bursting with taste and comfort. Breakfast was a real highlight too, a true treat to start the day.
Stunning castle on the highest point of Monda and surroundings. We had a great apero outside and dinner inside this very typical place. Waiters were very kind and foods and wine impeccable. Pictures speak for themselves!
Castillo de Monda is truly wonderful. An oasis in the Andalcian countryside, it is less than 30 minutes drive from the coast. The food and hotel is amazing with very friendly and accommodating staff but the views when you arrive, especially on the garden terrace are breathtaking. A hidden gem.
