Had a great short break here and would definitely return. All the staff deserve a special mention, I've never seen anyone so happy in their work. Had afternoon tea and it was a joyous occasion. Their mini scones fabulous. Nothing was a problem for them and couldn't do enough for you. I highly recommend this hotel.
My 2 children and I stayed in the family suit here and we were so happy with it , it was so spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful . The restaurant also has a great selection and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Service and food not great, ordered from Toms BBQ menu the corn with bacon dust was watery with chopped up soggy bacon. I ordered the smash burger which infact is not a smash burger as the meat was thick besides that I had to send my order back twice as it was wrong the third time it was still incorrect but everyone at my table had finished eating so I didn't want to make anymore of a fuss. Apart from the mix up with the food, we had ordered coffees/ tea after and a woman approached to tell us the table was booked and we would have to leave shortly which was fine, but no one asked how was our meals, no one said thanks or goodbye on the way out. Bare in mind it was not that busy,I was looking forward to this meal as the menu looked great but it ended up being an expensive disappointment.
