Hotel Cateski Dvorec

Very good place. Clean,calm and is open until 22:00 with a person on the reception. Have a parking,the food is perfect and the owner is very friendly. They talk english and italian. Nice place with good prices,i recommend.

We had a room on the side of a small stream, everything was wet and full of moskitos. No space around to sit, have a drink nor eat something in the hotel. Pool was closed and a whole space was closed off to the public. Staff not especially friendly. Taxed us something more than just the touristic tax. Room very humid, lots of spider web in the room. Rooms need serious renovation. Shower floor had some cracks, doors weren't closing anymore. AC didn't work at all. Sheets had holes and curtains too, hanging by a thread. Only positive was the location, near high way.

We stayed there for 10 days. They never changed the sheets. The towels were changed 3 times. The first time I asked about it after 3 days. There were expired products at the breakfast Buffe. For example Nescafé coffee had mould. I ordered a double espresso three times. The first time the cost was 1,5€, the second 2,5€ and the third 1,75€. I ordered a toast cause I didn’t want to go out for launch and I was answered with a strict “NO”. We were instructed to check out at 9AM because it was Sunday and they were closed. WIFI signal was weak. On the walls there were dead bugs. They didn’t throw the trash from our room. I did it. I had a problem with hot water. I showered with cold water a couple of times. The only good thing was an adorable pug dog. Not again!!
