This hotel provided some of the best customer service i have ever received! Carlo went above and beyond when we left an item behind and he forwarded along to our next stop in Venice via an express service. The location is amazing and the customer service is a wow.
I recommend this hotel with love and respect, I had a dream vacation, qualified and respectful staff, new and very beautiful hotel.
