Amazing location right in St Marc's Square, amazing view from our rooms of the canal and gondolas. The buffet breakfast was unbeatable, the best of our whole month hotel hopping through Europe. The staff are really helpful, and we will absolutely be returning to this hotel in the future. Thank you!!
Amazing hotel in the best location!! Right by Piazza San Marco and all the good shops and restaurants. Directly next to the gondola boat rides! Giacomo is the best bartender! Super friendly and helpful. The manager Michael is great too! Definitely grab a drink next time and have a stay when you’re in Venice!
First off, the positives. 1. Unbelievable location. Literally a 1 minute walk from the square. 2. The rooms air con was a plus. 3. The staff seemed friendly. On the last night however, I was enjoying the view of the canal when suddenly the shutter for the window collapsed on my head. We went to reception to report this and was told someone would come up. No one did. After going back to reception, there was a different member of staff who didn’t know anything about it. Not an apology in sight. Extremely noisy. Gondolas smashing against other gondolas when being parked. Also being cleaned very loudly at 6:30am wasn’t ideal. Breakfast wasn’t great. Fruit juice was though. Would not come back to this hotel personally.
