Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf

We had a great stay at Hotel Caza. The location was perfect for us and we felt safe. We enjoyed the lobby area including free tea/coffee and cookies. The only let down was the single glazed windows and the noise (from the back of the hotel) at 4am each morning. Sounded like a bin lorry and literally sounded like the windows were open. I suggest you ask for a room at the front as likely to be much quieter!!

Rooms are clean, updated, spacious and quiet. Location is great! 5-10 minute walk to North Beach w/ amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Would also recommend getting the parking package, otherwise valet is expensive. Lots of space in the on-site parking lot.

We had an amazing experience. There were a few things that I would like you to take note of. We arrived at 12:30 and the bar area didn’t open until 5pm. It would have been convenient for us to have a drink and wait for check in. Secondly, the room itself, was very hot and cold. Having the air on made it too cold for too long. We were not able to adjust the blades in the unit and it hit the bed directly. Leaving it off made us sweat. There was no circulation and the stuffiness was rough. Also we played in the arcade area and it was a lot of fun. But we also noticed the air was not on in that part of hotel and we were able to notice. Lastly, the free coffee is nice although it was frequently empty. The food for sale, we felt, should have been free for the price of the stay at the hotel. But over all, we truly enjoyed our first stay. I’m trying to see what stood out the most, and I think it was the service. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly and wanting to help. I appreciated all the touches that were included in the stay. The use the the bikes are great and appreciated that they come with breaks. An upgrade and updated tires seem eminent. The milk and cookie is the evening we’re so fun! Such a family friendly hotel. The location was fantastic. We came for Mother’s Day and are thinking about booking for Father’s Day. Glad we tried you out! See you all soon.
