Fantastic hotel, with great location in city centar. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Maybe breakfast is not for 4 star hotel. Review 10/10.
Hotel is very clean, spa and gym as well. Staff is very kind,friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a 3-5 min walk from the hotel, which is fair enough having in mind that it is located in the heart of the city. I would recommend.
Not recommended for poor management and rude ways to solving problems. My friend help us book the hotel and was told we need to change the room while we stay. But they didn't remind us to change in advance when I went out. The terrible thing is they didn’t ask me and let others in my group into my room move my things and after no one apologies, no one explanation, even we ask the manager to call us for several times. as nothing happened😱 Also my friend lost something while changing the room and was told taken by the guest. So be careful dear friends😏
