Clean and tidy. Good air-con and nice touches such as free tea and coffee at reception 24 hours. Access to 'Olympic' sized swimming pool at hotel, which was amazing. About 10 minutes walk to city centre with access to shoos, cash machines etc nearby.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent reservation at your hotel. Despite multiple attempts by both myself and my colleagues to reach out to your establishment, we were met with nothing but frustration and confusion. Our efforts to communicate with the hotel were fruitless, as the receptionist we spoke to seemed incapable of providing any useful information. Instead, we were met with vague assurances that the manager would contact us, only to be met with silence thereafter. Furthermore, I must emphasize that there were no issues with our credit cards, as both myself and my colleagues had made reservations for separate rooms using different cards. The unnecessary delay and inconvenience caused by the lack of communication from your end resulted in wasted time and unnecessary stress, including an hour-long wait at the bank to confirm the validity of my card. It is unacceptable that your establishment would engage in such misleading behavior, whether it be intentional or coincidental. If your policy regarding reservations with the option of paying at the property has changed, it should be clearly communicated to potential guests, rather than wasting their time and causing unnecessary frustration.
