Hotel Central das kleine Boutique Hotel am Achensee

An incredible hotel with beautiful and lovely decoration, breathtaking views and a perfect location here in Pertisau. Very clean and the highlight: the breakfast. Bioingredients, local cheese, bread.. and everything without plastic! Definitely coming back!

A clean, cosy, & great value hotel with good facilities (sauna, small gym, boot/ski drying room), and located within a 1-min walk of bus stops and the xc skiing and hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the food is truly phenomenal. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at with some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten. I will definitely return when I next find myself in Pertisau.

We have vistited Tirol/Pertisau for last 6 years and so far, we have experienced nice service and high standards of all 4-star hotels. At this hotel, you will not find nice service, 4-star standards either. Owners became very rude, when I asked them for what kind of amenities this hotel received 4 stars. For example: 1. Spa is open till 6.30 pm. 2. Bath in spa paid with coins. 3. Jacuzzi is in a small backyard. 4. Ralexing area was a storage of floor tails. 5. Rooms are of the standard of normal guesthouse. 6. No restaurant, no bar. 7. Reception open till 6.30 pm. 8. They mislead guests with free access to SPA Gramai Alm, but don't mention upon booking that it is up in the mountain, 7 km away with paid parking. 9. Same for restaurant, on-line they inform you can prebook a 5- cource dinner, but don't mention you have to go to Grami Alm to have it. First time in my life I prefered to pay 717 Eur ( even thouth I should pay zero for cancellation), for not staying in a hotel than spoiling my stay in a beutiful place.
