This is an absolutely wonderful hotel with superb service and a friendly staff. After reading some of the other reviews, I wasn't completely confident coming in, but my colleague assured me that the hotel was top-notch. He was correct. The rooms are very nice and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and being able to squeeze your own fresh juice is a real treat. My interactions with the front desk were incredibly professional, even with the large group I was leading. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would take my wife if it was vacation trip. These are the kind of local hotels that make a trip so much better and relaxing.

Perfectly located in the centre of Innsbruck, near to the train station and the Main Street, plus plenty of restaurants. The hotel is classically charming and the staff were warm and endlessly helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room which was very comfortable and spacious, a good amount of storage, a balcony, and separate toilet and shower/sink area. The toiletries were lovely. Breakfast in the attached cafe was excellent, with lots of options, plus delicious Austrian cakes. I hope to return one day!

I LOVED THIS HOTEL. Central, great room, great atmosphere, great service by the desk and breakfast team. Lots of options for breakfast and they actually have decent sized cups for hot drinks. None of the teeny ones that are done in 3 sips. Does have great facilities, has this cool seated sauna pod. Didn't get time to use, but wish I had, would have been great recovery for my back. Easy to walk everywhere. Didn't need to take public transport. Innsbruck is also a beautiful city.
