The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Seefeld with great facilities, staff and food. We arrived early in the morning and an early check in was provided by reception and housekeeping which was a very nice surprise! We had great days including New Year’s Eve celebration. The personal way this hotel treats their guests is unique and a great experience. It feels like home away from home. Thank you family Ölhafen and staff - we will definitely come back to your beautiful authentic hotel
The room is excellent and also the staff but something wrong happened with the toilet and when I call the reception it was late and the man who answered the phone said we will fix it tomorrow and you will pay the bills because you put a lot of paper in the toilet I said I did not he said we will see tomorrow!!!!! He was rude and by the way I stayed for only one day!!!!! Ameer was really good person he was helpful and kind, thank you Ameer
