Hotel Centrale BW Signature Collection

Beautiful hotel located at an exceptional place of town, 5 min away from train station. Receptionist attention was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Light level in the room and bathroom very low. No air-conditioning and luke warm water. AC is there, but hotel staff controls everything from the computer downstairs. We did point out AC not working and were assured it will be switched on, but room didn't cool down. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but encountered a few issues that affected my stay. On the first night, the hot water was not working, which was quite inconvenient after a long day of travel. I hope this is a temporary issue that will be resolved quickly. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. In a hotel of this caliber, I expected these facilities to be flawless. Otherwise, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and responsive. However, I feel that the price does not fully reflect the quality of services provided, considering these inconveniences. I hope the management will take steps to improve these aspects so that they meet the guests’ expectations.
