The staff is so friendly and helpful. They were able to help us book cars to places for a wedding. The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is right in the center of cernobbio so we were able to walk to everything
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to Villa Erba and the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!
Overall disappointed in this hotel. They claim to be 4 stars yet offer no accommodations or services. The front desk staff aren’t very helpful. Laundry showed up late ( on the day of the wedding). A major issue when trying to arrange a taxi to the train station, spoke to the front desk manager at 10am requesting a taxi for 11 as we had a train at 1210. Taxi never came, front desk said they had “called”. I explained the urgency to get to the station and at 1130 she said we should take the 1148 ferry. We missed the train and it costed us around $1000. Very frustrated, if taxis services are not consistent why wouldn’t they have mentioned the best form of travel would be taking the ferry. I’ve stayed at 100s of hotels around the world and have never dealt with people who do not know their own town.
