Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country Tapestry Collection Hilton

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay on June 3rd-4th. We checked in super late at midnight, but the staff was accommodating and it went smoothly. We were given a pass for our car so I just needed to return outside to put it on the dash. I don't have any photos of our room, but it was very spacious and the king sized bed was super comfy. I wish the room was a little more well lit, but the lamps in the room did give it some mood lighting. Also, it's a small thing, but I was impressed by not the luggage rack, but a luggage *table!* Or at least I think ti was meant for luggage since it was not the same height as the desk. It made getting into our large suitcase that much easier and less tricky. The next morning, we walked down to get our free breakfast. I ordered the salmon scramble with sourdough and it was super fresh and delicious. The food seemed to be made to order. Also, big shout out to our lovely and friendly waitress Tristan(?). She was very attentive despite being the only waitress and with several guests also dining at the same time. When we checked out, it was very easy, and the staff made sure to ask us a few questions about our stay. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We would definitely stay again, and I am now considering choosing Hilton for any future hotel stays.

The hotel was beautiful and well designed and made me feel at home. The service was top-notch and fast. Rian is amazing!! He greeted us warmly and was attentive and kind. He even walked over and gave us glasses of water. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!! Humberto at the bar makes an incredible cocktail and was so warm! HE NEEDS A RAISE TOO!!

Perfectly serviceable hotel if you are in the area. It’s still has that new hotel feeling both in a good way and in a there are some kinks to work out. Rooms are spacious and were so, so clean (seriously I tipped extra on my departure). There is ample wardrobe space and my King room had a nice little work station and chaise lounge. Bathroom was functional but there was an issue with the toilet both days I was there - pressure issue? Fitness is basic but clean and serves it purpose. I used my Hilton Gold $15 daily credit at the bar. One thing to note: prices on the menu for wine per glass were NOT what I was charged. They need to fix that. My room was on the second floor above the pool and this being wine country, people were out there having themselves a blast. They calmed down by 9pm but yeah it was loud. Hey it’s the weekend and we are all here to relax, I get it. Other note: I tried to get a coffee in the am from the little onsite restaurant and was completely ignored. Maybe they were short staffed.
