Hotel Cetus

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. We wanted someplace away form tourists for this trip and landed on Cetara which was a perfect location. The hotel is stunning, rooms impeccable and the best part is the beach. With two kids and two grandparents on the trip, it was so convenient to use their private beach. We ate at the hotel the first night and in town the rest. The waters seem quieter where the hotel is which was perfect for us. The entire staff was wonderful and the breakfast as well. We came during a heat wave and it was such a wonderful place to bunker down in the afternoon. The sun doesn’t hit the private beach after 4pm so it was ideal for a cooler spot to hang out when the weather was its hottest. Would definitely stay here again!

This place attitude has been built to make the customers happy,relaxed and comfortable. From the cleaning staff through the receptionist (Elena is our hero) till to complete at the beach staff all amazing. Genuine people with always a smile reserved for each of you. Clean it’s top notch quality We definitely will be back to enjoy again in this beautiful place.

Serena went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Her ability to problem solve and make customers feel special should be rewarded. Elena does need to work on her customer service - perhaps Serena could provide this. I did not give 5 stars due to the fact that quite a few of us that stayed at the hotel did not understand that certain services would be unavailable for our stay. 'Aquaralis relax' is the pool. As a Canadian the 20degrees in the sunshine is quite lovely (feels 28-30 degrees in the sun) and it would have been nice to be in a heated pool that had beverage service. Diego was a great bartender and accommodated different taste preferences with ease. The breakfast was beautiful. The staff was attentive and the food spread exceeded expectations. Thank you Serena!
