My wife kept raving about this hotel being one of the best hotels in the country. In Albuquerque??? She was absolutely right, what a beautiful hotel! The staff understood what exceptional hospitality is and went above and beyond in every single way. We couldn’t help but be in awe over the incredible attention to detail in the architecture and interior design. This is a must stay property.
A Hidden Gem – Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance to the charming Old Town. It’s also directly across the street from a modern food court and shopping area, which made dining and quick errands incredibly convenient. This is truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever experienced. The attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always eager to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. A unique and personal touch was the barber/salon shop owner who operates in a nearby space. Each time we passed through, he greeted us warmly and even engaged in friendly conversation. It added a sense of local charm and community that made our visit feel special. Overall, this hotel is an absolute gem. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—you won’t be disappointed David and Paige Castillo
I truly enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive. They quickly resolved an issue with our room key, and both room service and the front desk promptly handled all of our requests. The experience overall was great, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the poor internet connection. My boyfriend works remotely as an IT software engineer and relies on stable internet for meetings and training sessions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was so slow and unreliable that it impacted his ability to work. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the country, and this was by far one of the worst internet experiences we’ve had. Especially surprising for a 4-star property. While this may not affect all guests, it’s a dealbreaker for us. Unless the hotel improves its internet infrastructure, we wouldn’t be able to stay here again when work is involved. It’s a shame, because everything else was truly excellent.
