Came for an event at the conference room and stayed two nights. Hotel room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and great coffee! SO close to the massive fashion mall as well and was a little “extra” that added to my experience. I would come again for location and the mall!

We stayed at Hotel Chadstone as a short family getaway from interstate and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The hotel still feels very fresh and well maintained for a 6-year-old property. Our room was clean, stylish, and quiet – the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were lovely and made our check-in process super smooth. They were helpful with our luggage and shared all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the unbeatable location. It’s just a 2-minute undercover walk to Chadstone Shopping Centre – perfect for rainy days and especially convenient for families. We didn’t even need to layer up much since everything was indoors, from luxury shopping and great restaurants to groceries and pharmacies. If I had to mention one downside, the pool area was quite small and the water looked a bit cloudy during our visit – so we didn’t end up using it. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic option for families who want comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury close to everything.
