We spent at the hotel one week in winter 2025. First of all - I must appreciate great staff. Special thanks to the restaurant / bar staff - they were very friendly and helpful. Great thanks to shuttle ski bus drivers - there were able to pick up us to and from ski areas withing a few minutes from letting them know. Location of the hotel very good. Free shuttle bus to / from ski area that were close by or by small amount like 5 EUR for the whole bus to ski areas that were a bit further from the hotel (but still in Madonna di Campiglio region). So all in all - I strongly recomment the hotel and its staff and looking forward for any possibilities to stay there again.
We visited the hotel to use the spa. For 35€ (non-hotel guests) we had access to the pools and saunas for 3 hours. During the rainy summer afternoon in the mountains this was a perfect activity. Highly recommend.
What a magical hotel! We stayed there for 5 nights towards the end of March. They welcomed us with open arms and always provided exceptional service. The hotel staff will do everything to make you happy. Delicious breakfast with amazing staff. Room cleaning is really good. The pool and spa are pampering and the highlight is the jacuzzi outside which is a must after a long day of skiing (:. An excellent ski room with an efficient shuttle service to the site. We will definitely come back!
