Hotel Montana is the best! Incredible location, ambience, and service. The food is amazing, the community is unbeatable, and the skiing is the best of all. I would highly recommend hotel Montana to anyone.
To be honest I was dissatisfied with the service at the restaurant. The food was decent but the serving was not.. I was eating on my own and the manager offered a family to sit with me without even asking me beforehand if that was ok with me. I probably would have said yes but the lack of respect wasn’t ok under any circumstance. And then when my card declined on the contactless, the waitress was acting as if I couldn’t pay. Only went for lunch but wouldn’t go again.
Poor food! We have been coming to Lech since the 1990's. All these years we enjoyed having lunch at the beautiful terrace of the Hotel-Restaurant Montana in Oberlech. Sadly, the last few years, quality is clearly going down. And especially this year we had a very disappointing experience. Both our Pasta with shrimps and the Wiener schnitzel (!) were extremely poor. For sure no way near acceptable for a 4 star hotel, nor the impressive prices.... Sad!
