Good location, close to Liege Metro (8 min walk) , small rooms but not unreasonable, customer service was great, very helpful and will provide recommendations. Quiet area of central Paris. Clean and quaint. Nicely decorated. Fair price.

Boutique hotel, pleasant and has air con. I was rudely awoken on my first night by a guest banging doors but when I asked about it in the morning, the customer care was fabulous. I was immediately upgraded. It was a one off situation handled well.

Positive things first: the reception is always available and they are really friendly and the hotel is a place where you can be at - if your expectations are not too high. But: no idea where they got the four stars from. The room is tiny, afaik in France (if they haven't lowered the standards) the rooms have to have 16 square meters and a minibar/fridge in it. Well... Not even close, the room was tiny, not too much of a problem for us but still no 4 Star standart. It does not even have a window in it you can open - at least in the bathroom was a window. Then there was no fridge at all. So far for the stars but ok, we where in the city all day so we could deal with it. What really made me give this only two stars are the following things. The cups for the coffee/tea are one-way paper cups. The water boiler was broken also(see pictures), again world will go on turning but tbh... in a 4 Star (Luxury class) Hotel, this is a little sad. They do not fill up the water, if the one bottle u get at the first day is used, you better go to a store and get some if you want more. Therfor they take the bottles you bought when cleaning up the room and place one of them as if it was from the house even if it is sparkling. Have you ever made a tea or coffee with sparkling water? Don't! They also just randomly fill up the Instant coffee, so you better get along with the decaffeinated stuff and after day two they did not even fill up these tiny milk things. furthermore: one towel per person (pro tip, if you travel with a woman, most of them need an extra towel for their hair) and you have to use your shower towels for the general all day cleanings of the hands and face also, there is no extra towel. And don't expect fresh sheets, best housekeeping can do is making the bed look good again. We are not too picky and anyways it was nice to be in Paris once more and we had tents that were worse during our travels but in terms of 4-Star hotel experiences - this was one of the saddest. 3 Stars for having a roof and the very friendly receptionist and being somehow OK.
