We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. We mentioned it was our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond — they decorated the bed with rose petals, added a heart-shaped balloon, and even offered us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. It was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!
The staff were amazing especially Valerie on reception, she was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for trains, trams to go and explore the city. Breakfast was excellent and again staff very friendly. Would recommend
Welcoming front desk and quick to check in. The room we stayed in did let the rating down though and so I wouldn't say this was a four star hotel unfortunately. A separate toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard was barely big enough for a grown man. The coffee making facilities were very basic too.
