All of the staff were helpful and friendly, but we mainly dealt with Gvansta who was an awesome receptionist! She was very welcoming and willing to have conversations with us throughout our stay! She helped us plan things to do, places to eat/drink and how to get to them on public transport! The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good too. About a 10 minute walk to the train station or a 3 minute walk to the bus stop with lots of food options around too!
Previous Mercure converted to local hotel The good: -excellent location on the stylish kudamm near all transportation means. -good varied breakfast. -clean spacious room. The bad: -the ac was not functional. -the street is noisy and the neighbors tv was too loud.
I'd think are stay would have been better if the staff never rushed getting are room ready because the entire day we searched for a different hotel because of the low hygiene. Hair and fluff rips smell of a dead body in the bathroom maybe iam axadurating it a little bit but we didn't want to even stay for 1 night because of this...The staff are friendly though
