Hotel Chicago

We drove from Croatia to Albania and booked this hotel in advance. It is located in the white marble road city center. I recommend getting directions to the statue of Mother Theresa, then while facing her, turn left down that road and you’ll see the hotel on the right. They will park and take care of your car for you and they’ll get it ready when you need it, but a lot of the fun stuff is within walking distance. The room was very modern and super clean with a kettle and rain shower. Nice beds, we left the window open and you can hear the prayer calls from the huge mosque across the street. We ate dinner and breakfast. Dinner was fresh meat and fries, breakfast was a buffet of Albanian breakfast foods, I really enjoyed it. I’d definitely stay there again.

Great hotel with excellent service located very locally. Downside is it's very close to the grand mosque which make you wake up midnight.

Stayed there for a night during shkodër visit and on our way to theth. Great location and nice rooms. Would be great if they could provide blankets by default instead of just covers. The elevator malfunctioned for some time but otherwise was all good, Breakfast is great and quite some options to choose from. The way to reception is from minus 1 and reception is on 4th floor. They help you with luggage which was really nice. Location is really nice lots of cafe and restaurants around to explore. One important thing google maps shows wrong way/road or location to this hotel. It takes you to narrow roads driving in which is extremely difficult. This hotel is actually exactly opposite to the famous mosque (see picture) - Xhamia e Madhe, and the way is from main street which is easily accessible and great.
