Colonial style hotel in Neiva, the rooms are a bit outdated but nonetheless spotless clean and comfortable. Service was impecable and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The cafeteria serves dishes from the hotel restaurant as well as light snacks, which wew very good.
Me and my family spent time on vacation in Neiva city and we could find this great place awesome, it's quite, good service, and they got a good staff, we will be come back.
The food could be better here. The breakfast especially. It wasn't very good. But the dinner and the lunch was pretty good. The service and the people are great. The pool is good. But the whole place I think should be updated and renovated. The wifi was good and so was the location. But I had to remind the staff a few times of some requests.
