Terrible Experience – Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Seen I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and when I informed the hotel and requested either a refund or to reschedule for another night, I was met with cold rejection and a shockingly impolite attitude from the staff. The lady at the reception with black hair was particularly rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, she responded in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, the older man working the morning shift was aggressive and hostile. He actually shouted at me, and I am a guest and a lady. He accused me of trying to steal an adaptor and told me to either return it or pay €40 – as if I were some kind of criminal. I have never been treated with such disrespect in any hotel in the world. I am from Dubai and have stayed in many top-rated hotels and resorts globally. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action, change the staff, and seriously improve the customer service. This behavior not only reflects badly on the hotel, but also on Geneva’s reputation as a tourist destination. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to be treated with disrespect and zero professionalism.

Location of the hotel is great, everything else is bad. The hotel did not respond to my mails. Staff did not provide free transportation ticket beforehand. Quality of the breakfast is so bad I didn't even have it after first try, there were mosquitos on all of the food. No AC in the rooms, wifi works 20% of the time. Staff were not polite or respectfull. Pick somewhere else.

The neighbouring properties are under construction. Reception staff through the day were rude and arrogant, too busy watching football and playing games on his phone to even say hello. Young guy at night was great. When we checked in, it was very noisy, due to construction but had stopped by the time we returned early evening. 7am Heavy construction started. Breaking concrete, bashing pipes and concrete drilling, it was ridiculous. I will cancel my return visit in 5 weeks due to the noise and reception day staff.
