Hotel City House

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality! We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Hamburg! The hotel made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were cozy, clean, luxurious and perfectly located for exploring the city. We unfortunately had a small mishap during our stay. However, the hotel manager, Mrs. Heeschen, was absolutely wonderful—extremely understanding, kind, and helpful. Thank you very much for everything. This gesture speaks volumes about the hotel’s exceptional customer service and hospitality. I had a very warm welcome so that I felt very comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values friendliness, hospitality, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you once again for everything—we will definitely return on our next trip to Hamburg!

A beautifully appointed hotel very close to the Altstadt and harbour. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the hotel is super clean, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and simple but excellent breakfast. We were given a 2 bedroom apartment with full bathroom, guest toilet and lounge area when we were expecting just a room with sofa couch and bathroom. We love the royal feel of the decor, like a Manor House. Felt very privileged. Extra little touches just added to the wonderful experience.

We had a spacious room with walk-in cabinet and even a small kitchenette. The bathroom was rather small but usable. Not the most modern hotel but well maintained and clean. Very friendly and easy check-in. The area is indeed dodgy but to the same time the location is pretty convenient as you can walk to the main station.
