Beautiful rooms and very friendly owners and staff. The rooms and apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished. You immediately feel at home. Loving details can be found throughout the entire hotel. I'd love to come back.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Inhaber/Betreiber. Das Gebäude macht einen frischen und sehr schönen Eindruck. Preise für die Größe und Ausstattung angemessen. Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt keine Beanstandungen von meiner Seite. Hier wurde kräftig investiert und dem Haus eine Stilvolles Ambiente gegeben. Das Badezimmer war noch in der ursprünglichen Ausführung aber alles ordentlich und sauber. Gerne komme ich wieder und wenn die Zeit es zulässt, dann werde ich auch das Frühstück gerne ausprobieren.

❌ Absolutely not recommended – deception and disrespectful treatment of guests! I booked a superior apartment (55 m²) with a kitchen, bedroom, living room, balcony, and park view and paid in full a week before arrival. Just a few hours before arrival, I received a text message with the address of another hotel – without any explanation that it was an inferior alternative. Instead, I was accommodated in a small room (approx. 15 m²) on the ground floor, with a balcony directly facing the street, no kitchen, no living area, and none of the amenities I had booked. I was not informed that the replacement accommodation was in no way the same as the room I had originally booked. I never agreed to this change, but we had no choice since we were traveling from another city. The hotel later claimed I had "agreed" – which is simply false – and refused to refund the money. Booking.com only paid €25 as a gesture – completely inadequate. 🛑 Very disappointing and dubious. I can't recommend this hotel at all!
