Great location, exceptional service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with everything you may need. Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours sneeze.
I booked a small twin-bed room, and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The room is very clean with water and small toiletries. It has everyone you need, and the staff were very kind. I had a delicious breakfast that included homemade jam and avocado spreads. I would highly recommend booking here if you visit Sopron!
Everything was ok but when checking out they charged a tip to the room bill because “it is what they used to do” and then offered us to leave it on the bill, charge only half or “if we really want they can remove it”! I mean the stay was fine, nothing spectacular, just ok, but this pressuring technique to squeeze out a few extra forints is disappointing. We left the whole tip on the bill but probably never coming back!
