Very bad experience . I was stuck in the lift for 20 minutes with my wife and baby. but no action were taken by hotel staff to get us out. Also reception was not answering any calls. some other customers heard our shouting and they rescued us i dont know how. Not a single staff member apologize to us for what happened. moreover , receptionist was smiling and saying that chalo kuj nahi hua, hum aapke paas aa hi rahe the. Just horrible .

I was sleeping in my room and suddenly I fell that someone is running on me.I turn on the light and see small small insects spreading in our room then I call a workers. So first thing worker came 15 minutes later. And change our room we move to second room so in that room 1st we saw a cockkroch in bad and Ac was also not working. Second thing we call water bottles so the worker tells that how many time you call water bottle. Third thing we say that less bill because of inconvenience so first he less 500 and add 12%gst on credit card payment so that become vice versa Last thing the hotel is in very deep the auto refuse you to drop there. And restaurant facility is also not available 😕 and there was not a single camera for safety 😑
