Hotel Clark Budapest Adults Only

My wife and I spent 1 night at Hotel Clark in Budapest, as our first time being in Budapest as a stop on our travel plans. Immediately when we went to check in, we were informed that due to an issue with the room that we booked, we were upgraded, which itself was great. Due to the fact that we had to wait for our room to be ready, we were offered a choice of drink to have as we waited. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.The valet service was great. They helped us to our room with our luggage. The room itself was quite spacious and very beautiful. I loved the shower, and the bed/pillows/blanket were super soft and comfortable. The view of the Lion Bridge was stunning, especially at night. In the morning we had breakfast, the service was great. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and our order was taken immediately. Overall, this was a lovely experience, the staff were incredible and the hotel itself is beautiful. In the future, we will definitely return for a longer stay.

Excellent customer service from all the associates of the hotel. Special thank to Boroka for all the arrangements. Pick a room with Danube view, you will not be disappointed. The rooftop bar was great option for dinner with stunning views of the city and Danube. The hotel location is in the centre of most attractions, public transportation is very convenient and there is bus stop as well as tram stop next to the hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

Stayed in the bridge view room, clean with very nice view. Room is quite even with it facing the busy street. Breakfast is good with small buffet section and a few items you could order from the kitchen. Staffs were also friendly and helpful. Only con is the room is small, probably just the room we stayed, the room maps shows bigger rooms as well. Thanks to the bell boy who ran to 2nd floor to get us water even when we checked out already. Would definitely recommend staying here.
