I recently attended my friend’s engagement at Clarks Hotel, Varanasi, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is elegant, with spacious banquet halls and a well-maintained outdoor area. The decor was beautifully arranged, and the staff ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food was a highlight—delicious and well-presented, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel itself has a classic charm, with clean and comfortable interiors. Location is also convenient, making it easily accessible for guests. Overall, the Hotel is a great choice for weddings, engagements, and other family events, offering a mix of tradition, elegance, and good hospitality.

Had the most amazing experience staying at the Clark's Varanasi twice during the Maha Kumbh. Diveshji is a true asset, the kind that every establishment is seriously lucky to have. Patient, polite and so careful, whole maintaining the Banarasi tehzeeb. During an emergency when the cabs were not available to travel to Prayag, he truly bent over backwards by connecting with the hotel's travel partners even beyond his own work hours, till a reliable car was fixed for us. Every detail was looked after. Large rooms, very old but clean to a fault. Also, the restaurant serves the best Alu Gobhi we've ever had.

I m staying in hotel and as per the pkg there should be buffet but buffet was not there so I planned to have some food but they only have the option is chilly paneer and friend rice in the menu or else you have the dal rice. This is not the way to deal with the customer. This is my 2nd time in hotel and it's too psthatic at all.
