Hotel Clement

The location was perfect - on the border of the old town, but not noisy at all. A view min walk and you are in the old town. The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. The Breakfast was the best, everything that you can think off and more. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. If ever (and I will) going back to Prague, I will stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t catch his name, but I want to give a big thank you to the young staff member with long hair at the hotel. Your generosity, willingness to help, and genuine respect for guests truly stood out. In my three weeks of traveling around Europe, this was by far the best customer service I received. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Positive: The location is pretty central and public transportation is nearby (you can buy tickets in the hotel). Rooms looked clean and it was quiet. Negative: stuff did not seem to care about us. When entering/leaving the hotel, nobody even bothered looking at us or greeting us, not very polite and welcoming, instead they preferred talking to their coworkers. Air con was not strong enough to cool down the rooms. Breakfast was the same basic options every day, many sweet things and boring after the first day. I woke up with many itching spots on my body, not sure if I was bit by mosquitos or something worse
