Very nice location including hotel, pool, restaurant, beach and safe parking. Also Saturn resort is clean and with an infrastructure in continuous development
It's the od socialist hotel, slightly renewed, trying to accomodate 'all-inclusive' tourism, at very high prices than bulgarian equivalent.
Rooms are filled with mold, walls are dirty. They didn’t even wipe the dust before we arrived. The showers are rusty. In one of the rooms, the shower floor was not properly installed and it was leaking water all over the bathroom. Their own rules don’t apply. They put up a sign saying you have to have decent attire to enter the restaurant (i.e. NOT swim suits, bikinis, shorts without T-shirt etc.) but about a third of the guests seem to not know how to read and the hotel staff doesn’t care. Stairs and elevators have food and drink on/in them, because guests take stuff from the buffet and carry it around the premises. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the mess. The food is not great, but not too bad either. A lot of fried stuff. I saw people putting their babies on the restaurant tables (not in the baby chairs, rather right on the table where the food and cutlery is supposed to stay). So I don’t feel particularly good about the overall hygiene aspect of the place. It’s very hard to find a parking place. Only one of two rooms had a safe and — guess what — it doesn’t work. I don’t know how it got a 4 star rating from the authorities. Until it deals with the mold, the rust and the overall cleaning issues, it should be closed. If those are solved and the staff becomes better trained, maybe it will deserve a 3 star rating. The only reason a sane person might want to come here is if they were a Commissar from “Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor” to close down this filthy place.
