Hotel Clio a Luxury Collection Hotel Denver Cherry Creek

My husband and I spent 6 days at the Hotel Clio. The area surrounding it is beautiful and with great restaurants and stores. We do a lot of traveling and were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was spacious and confortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It has a quiet atmosphere in its corridors and a pantry with access to ice and fruit. Very nice! Use the Valet Service, even if just visiting for a meeting or lunch. There literally is no parking in the Cherry Creek area of the hotel. The hotel and restaurant are very nice. I didn't have a room so unknown on the rooms, but the rest of the hotel is upscale, modern, and very comfortable.

Hotel is nice and I have stayed here multiple times. There is an employee that ruined my overall view of this place! I believe her name was Cassidy! She accused me of loud noise when I’m on a business trip BY MYSELF . I challenged it and she didn’t take it well. I had a feeling I was being targeted and opened my hotel door randomly to find her standing on the side of my door listening to my phone call I was on. I was stalked ! I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in my life. I have traveled the world as an Ambassador Elite and this is the very first time I have even felt like I NEEDED to write a bad review. I usually would never even bother to write reviews but this one I can’t let go. I was SOOOO uncomfortable that I left (after paying a night’s stay , in the middle of the night) and booked another hotel at The Westin Denver Airport! Shout out to these guys for their hospitality!! 😊. Hotel Clio can keep my money I paid for the night! That’s how bad I wanted to leave! I have never been stalked like that . That was CRAZY!!! I have photos of her that I’m sending forward. I hope I got her name right! I will never go back to Hotel Clio.
