We spent two unforgettable weeks at the Baia dei Gigli Resort, from July 26 to August 9, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the overall experience. The property, small but extremely welcoming and well-maintained, offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. At the reception, the staff was always helpful, courteous, and ready to assist us with great professionalism. At the bar, the team of Mariagrazia, Andrea, Pasquale, and Ilary greeted us with a constant smile and a strong sense of humor, helping to create a positive and family-like atmosphere; our son was truly delighted every time he heard we were there. The maintenance and cleaning staff also stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, essential qualities for ensuring a comfortable stay. In the dining room, cleanliness and order were impeccable. The staff proved to be excellent in every way: courtesy, efficiency, and customer service were the perfect combination. Special thanks go to the maître d' and the waiters, especially Andrea and Luana, whose professionalism and courtesy truly made the difference, making every meal a pleasant and refined experience. We would also like to extend a heartfelt compliment to the pastry chef, whose skill delighted us at breakfast and dinner with personally prepared desserts, exceptional in quality and flavor, the true stars of our days. The entertainment staff, young but motivated and respectful, performed their roles with commitment and discretion, helping to enrich our stay with well-balanced moments of entertainment. Finally, the shuttle service, with our legendary Giacinto, and the attentive presence of the lifeguards proved efficient and courteous, adding further value to the overall organization. We are confident that, with further attention to detail and a few small improvements, the facility can reach even higher levels of excellence. Special praise also goes to the CEO, whose commitment is evident and promises a future full of success. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making us feel like family during our vacation.
