This hotel is in the heart of Rimini on the beach. Take a seafront facing luxury room and the view is magnificent. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed is large and comfortable. It can be quite noisy at night due to the location and proximity of the bars but this stops at around midnight. The reception staff are friendly with great personalities. Parking is available but very expensive and, to be honest, you won't need a car anyway as everything is within walking distance.
We were there for a business trip. The structure is very cool and in a very good position, the rooms are well done, Everything is clean especially bathrooms. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of sweet and salted choices. It was a very positive experience. We only found the service efficient but a bit cold. It will be my choice for a next stay in Rimini
The room, location, cleaning, wi-fi were really good in this hotel, everything was modern and convenient, breakfast was good, but nothing special, the coffee could be improved as it was impossible to drink. But I don’t wish you to deal with the administration of this hotel. A guest stole my sunglasses at the pool which I left there by accident. Only by my personal request of checking the security cameras the reception service provided me with proofs that it was clearly stolen. I was promised that they will identify the person and return me the sunglasses by delivery. The administration then fully denied that it was the act of stealing and by their words — if an item is left unattended and another guest takes it (and doesn’t return, btw)- it is not a stealing. What is this attitude towards guests and covering of the fact that the stealing happened at your property? Additionally saying to me that it is „my interpretation of events“. Moreover, they made themselves really big heroes by telling me that they „went beyond their obligations“ by checking the CCTV cameras and retrieving an item from the guest which is clearly what they had to do in such a situation and overall it was me who required that and tried to clarify the situation. There’s a big appreciation from me for this help as sunglasses were found, but applying such an attitude to customers and fully turning the situation towards their side making them heroes and leaving the customer feeling like a fool + denying the fact of stealing is completely unprofessional and sick from a 4-star hotel. What they got from this now is that I will never return to this place again and I wish you to never deal with them ——————— As a reply to your message: It’s wrong what you say You describe it as your service would have gone over or beyond their positions to find the „stolen“ item, it’s not missing - it was stolen And your service did nothing by itself We went there and introduced the search and help for it and asked for checking the cameras, your workers were super kind to us and helping us to find the stolen item. And the thief who took it is seen on the video cameras in action, your service worker went to the pool with us and checked how the situation might have happened and she agreed that is is a „stealing“ And she was shocked and told us we will get our item back, we got just told the management will write us later because we were already checking out So and you then started over what’s app a absolutely unpleasant communication and continued it here. From our side we said thank you already in the hotel and in messages, it’s ridiculous to tell us we haven’t done it. You misinterpret the situation by telling it’s not a stealing which it obviously was, it was also what your reception worker said. So what are you trying here? To turn the situation for your favors? You can not push it on the guests by telling us we would have been careless ??? It is not normal that other guests take items which doesn’t belong to them, whether left unattended or not. It’s not carelessness which you try to push on me now, it’s amoral behavior of the guests. So please stop turning around the truth in this fact we will definitely not come back to ur hotel, with a management as this behind their doors
